Living in a territorial country like Thailand + LLC. Good idea?
Fairly simple rules for Thailand in this regard. A person who is in Thailand for a total of at least 180 days in a given tax year will be considered a tax resident of Thailand. I don't know anything about spain, but from a simple google search, thailand seems to have a tax treaty with spain...- username84447

Is a withdrawal from a business card a normal way to take money out a company?
It's really up to you. Withdrawing straight from a card or using a card for personal purposes is fine, but it can add more work on your accounting end as you'll need to mark each of these individual transactions as personal use for your book keeping. I'm looking for the same thing, did you end up finding anyone? A good local tax advisor in thailand should be able to help, with no CFC rules they're used to people settings up offshore companies and using the 'not in same calendar year' remittance rules to get around local taxes.- username84447

Do I need an offshore company or is being UK-non-resident enough?
I have no idea how to be a non-resident of UK, so i can't comment on that. As for Thailand, I'm looking to move there soon too.
