Have you tried one of these ? Startitup looks pretty legit but prices are so cheap that it looks suspicious to be able to set up a company for 100 USD OCRA i read good things about them, but they are one of the most expensive providers. Im looking for Seychelles IBC and Belize IBC provider

You mean 100k as capital and 100 shares ? I would like to put a small amount as capital cause I wont be able to use it to run the business. and for shares I read that I can put 1. I dont plan to sell shares of the company or anything like that.

After pretty long research those 2 options you chose are the best ones.
