    Yes, I have contacted few banks there in Cyprus. Piraeus Bank has come up with a huge list of required documents. Takes time to prepare all that. Anyway I have no other choice. I will write here if any thing useful come from there.

    You are concerned about few things, believe me I have all the documents any bank in the world needs (website, recommendation, statements ... etc.), but still it is becoming an impossible task to open a business offshore account! It seems like banks are shying away from offshore businesses.

    They need many documents such as, EIN, tax .. etc., for US registered Companies, hence this bank is not convenient for me as it will cost me more for these formalities. Besides, there are account opening and maintenance fees too! Why to take so much trouble?

    Located in Delaware, my problem is similar, in the sense that currently I have only PayPal for payments. I'm concerned about the time it takes to get a merchant account or a payment gateway. Can not wait that much time! Any suggestion to get one sooner?
