To add my last reply to you - even if I am a Tax resident in UK, isnt that what double taxation treaties are for? So if I own a Romania LTD, paying me dividends - I will of course pay tax in Romania. So doesnt that relieve me from paying tax in UK since the two countries have a tax treatie?
