    So far I have not found something that can be compared to the Seychelles in regards to anonymity. Anguila has as far as I read also no public registrar of company owner ship so it may be well a valid entity.

    You don't transfer money that way but to a middle man account or a 4th or 5th account. Alternative you make use of a trust for this purpose.

    National Bank of Anguilla Ltd is pretty good, I hold an account with them. Easy account opening and pretty good internet banking.

    This is not going to work for US citizens for all other countries it may be a way of doing it, most often it's not because of tax reasons but more because of anonymity they do the setup of an offshore corp.

    I don't think this will work. As Admin already said you will need to have a Seychelles or other (non EU entity) company to own the bank account.
