You may want to setup in Canada. You can probably much more easily make it look like you're at least part time resident there. And it would give you access to a lot of options. 1. Your income is low(ish), but given your age, I applaud your initiative. 2. Offshore company setups require 2 things; an affordable jurisdiction (taxes/fees) and a forgiving residence jurisdiction (where you live doesn't tax your foreign company).
