I heard Serbian banks don't really like foreign transactions (even incoming funds from abroad) and ask lots of questions about the source. Not sure if it's really true. I'd use it for Paypal withdraws. I assume Serbia has the same benefits as Montenegro, right? Are there any major disadvantages?- navigator
