    I totally agree. You can get that company for nothing and it will protect you at the end of the day should something go wrong.

    It all comes down to what business activity you have told the bank you have. And, you don't want to tell them it is new business but rather prepare documents right to show that you move money already with another bank. Doing a good job you won't have troubles.

    I say the same. You need to relocate to get tax benefits from all of it. As long as you and your partner controlling the company and are part of the management of the company the Swedish Tax officers will rape you for tax evasion if you try something. Good tax advisors are to be used.

    It won't work in real live what you plan. Every EU country has their own rules and taxes, buying a car in Germany and import it will apply extra taxes etc. The fastest place to get plates in Denmark. You walk into a "synshald" with the car and pay the small fee and you get your plates right away.
