Okay, eventually I found out that Estonian company is my best exit for this. They are not 0 tax country, BUT they don't have a corporate tax, which is actually the reason why I am opening it. And it's easy/cheap to open a bank account/anything. Expenses for my specific issue is 1k per year...- mikilala

Best / cheapest way to receive USD
Payoneer is your best bet. It will cost you 1% of the total to receive monies to EUR account (if you have EU account), 0.5% for incoming to US account and 0.5% for conversions to EUR. If you are not having EU account, then you are almost out of luck. Then the only option is to take the Payoneer...- mikilala

Hi, since you have specifically posted about illegal activity, I cannot tell you much where to find a good place (T&C reasons), however If you search for reviews for this hosting, you will find out that even tho valid, this is not the best company to deal with.- mikilala

That's all fine with US LLC, but: a) my clients don't have a problem paying abroad b) as clients are situated in the US, I will have to pay/deal with tax in the US. (More about dealing, than paying) c) Audit+accounting is not something that I'd like to do. d) I don't mind reporting of offshore...- mikilala
