hello, yes I've got one source. For your information I am a victim of this process. I spoke many times with their support team and they clearly told me that they were unable to send the money outside of their bank accounts because they are frozen/blocked. Hello Auric, thank you for your feedback. I tried to withdraw money from the wallet to my MC and it did not worked properly! This is scandalous! They send you a fake OTP in order to make you think that there is a technical issue but it's not true! It's really f....amazing! How can they do that...- mike123456

The main issue is that apparently their bank accounts have been closed and they are looking for new partners in EU to open new bank accounts and a new program card (as Wavecrest) to be able to issue prepaid MasterCards.
