    I regret my order with @Creocree without using escrow. He's very slow to respond and delivery of the ordered setup is not complete after 3 months. If anybody is to place an order, please please use escrow service. It is a must.

    Did you try Vyke and PingMe? PingMe lets you choose which service you are using numbers for, i.e. Apple ID, Wise etc. and also you can get US and UK numbers there. Also Fanytel and Blacktel might suit your need. All 4 are virtual and do not offer real SIM, though.
