Hi, I'm looking for an account for people who don't have access to an ID or don't have an ID or any (normal) form of verification. Usually called stateless people. Is there any bank or EMI that offers services for such people? or is there any alternative verification method I can use to get one?

What is the best bank to open an account in, specifically that doesn't need too much verification/paperwork. The main usage of the account will be receiving my earnings and using/sending them. I might send them in big amounts sometimes (500-3000€) and I don't want to submit paperwork and ID...
