What jurisdiction allow me opening company without through agency?
It's seem everything must come through laywer. Assuming I have a laywer can handle me paper and local office, have any reputation jurisdiction I can form straight forward with the government and didn't disclose shareholder's identity?- holyoffshore

Hi guys, I am looking for some jurisdiction allow me opening company straight with Government (not through any agency) like UK for example but I want privacy and I don't want anybody can find out the owner(shareholder) and director except the Government.
