Where to incorporate software development company that doesn't need banking?

I haven't looked too much into this but my immediate thought is to avoid EU. We already have EU presence and regulation via one of our other entities. Having two EU entities I think wouldn't be ideal. For this business, yes. I want everything to be sheltered from taxation and I don't want...

Where to incorporate software development company that doesn't need banking?

Currently my business is situated in the UAE. Since UAE has introduced new accounting and tax rules, I'm looking to find a new home to incorporate. I run a software company that builds blockchain software. Our team is distributed across most of the continents. Currently the team is contracted...

Exchanging crypto to fiat via ACH for non-Americans

Never heard of Noon and can't find any relevant information on them. Binance doesn't allow this (against ToS). On Paxful there's literally only one provider and they charge a 4% fee. I already mentioned P2P in the OP. I did manage to find a solution. I don't want to say the name of the service...

Exchanging crypto to fiat via ACH for non-Americans

You send from a business account directly to a personal checking account? Even if the answer was yes, which I highly doubt it is, I still wouldn't want to go down this route of mixing personal and business affairs plus getting into bed with the IRS.

Exchanging crypto to fiat via ACH for non-Americans

LLC is definitely not viable. Kraken doesn't support ACH for non-Americans. I tried EpayServices, can't get past KYC.

Exchanging crypto to fiat via ACH for non-Americans

I have bank accounts and credit cards in the USA. As a non-American, this has been good for several years. There were a few methods for me to convert crypto to fiat and transfer via ACH. Unfortunately, over time all these options have disappeared. It has been increasingly more difficult to get...

Which jurisdiction for consultancy company paid in crypto?

Read the above comments. US LLC was already ruled out as a possibility since it doesn't suit my needs.

Which jurisdiction for consultancy company paid in crypto?

There may be some confusion. You need to get the correct license for the type of business you operate. If you make your own cryptocurrency or run a cryptocurrency exchange then you need a license for that. You're allowed to receive payment in crypto without requiring a license specific to...

Which jurisdiction for consultancy company paid in crypto?

None of the offshore jurisdictions have a TIEA with my home country. The core question is which classic offshore jurisdiction to pick? Because there's nothing for me to gain by sharing but a lot to lose. I'm not sure why you care so much. It's irrelevant what country I live in. If I break the...

Which jurisdiction for consultancy company paid in crypto?

I'm moving forward with a UAE FZ company. I think this is the most suitable option at this time. At first I was thinking it was overkill but they offer a lot of benefits that make it worthwhile. Plus it opens up more options in the future if my circumstances change.

I'm sure. Thanks though for the concern.

Which jurisdiction for consultancy company paid in crypto?

I'm not looking to move. I'm happy where I am. I've already confirmed with local law firms that I can run offshore companies tax free and pay only tax on the income I bring into the country. I've been using this structure already for a long time. It's not new to me. I'm simply looking for a...
