US LLC while Spain resident, then move to Georgia?
You may have to check how easy it is for the companies to deduct your LLC invoices as costs. I heard about problems in Germany at least.- drn

Hi! I'd rather not disclose it. It's totally under the radar, but I heard Nomad Capitalist name it. troll¤## But there is a probability that the LLC would be seen as a "Personengesellschaft" and then it could be a problem, if the works are used "verwertet" in Germany right?- drn

Hahaha, yeah that's the least I would be worried about. Money with a expiration date, or your wallet working only in the 15km radius around your home due to a new hoax virus, would be for sure funny.- drn
