Can a UK tax resident (who lives in the UK for good) justify opening a company elsewhere for an app business?
there's nothing efficient in managing a offshore company from UK and pretending not to pay UK taxes. Unless you create substance in the other country (hiring director, staff, renting office) all the income is taxable in UK- Despina
