Thank you for your response. I'm familiar with the law and assumed this was the reaction I'd get, but I appreciate the validation. The only thing I planned to do is hire a lawyer to retrieve the funds though, as there aren't any other viable options.- DarkHorseBit

I'm in the US and I processed prepaid debit cards to sell Bitcoin, which is against the card processor's ToS. They're holding the funds and asked for customer info, invoices, bank statements etc. I have a perfectly clean business bank account and professional invoices from my other businesses...- DarkHorseBit

I would be fine with that kind of arrangement. I guess I should start here though: is it any easier for a US crypto business to find and open accounts with offshore banks/card processors?
