Ebay Offshore No tax
If you are linked to a Paypal account it will be very difficult... Maybe with a HK setup, but Paypal will expect your bank account in the same country as your country of incorporation, so be careful when creating your setup- comptemultidevises

Shopify Stripe and forming a company
I would avoid US structure as opening bank account will be very complicated especially if ecommerce store targets non-us clients. There are some solutions combining LP structure with Stripe which are quite cost effective.- comptemultidevises
