Where to live in Italy with family? Flat tax regime

Wouldn't every Northern Italian say that? Bari and Catania are not too bad. Of course you are going to be ripped off, it's like that everywhere in the world where you are from a country that's richer esp. when they know you have money and especially when you flaunt it. And if you're American...

    Real estate in Montenegro

The Montenegro trade has been quite well-known now for a couple of years. Property prices might very well increase... but this is large dependent on regulatory stability. Just vacationers won't pump the price enough. You need people moving there and living there and an absence of property taxes...

    Secure smartphone, untraceable?

Google Pixel with GrapheneOS and everything over Tor is as pretty good with Briar, Cwtch or Tox (vulnerable) as communication apps. Many many many extra things you can do to make it more "secure" and "untraceable" as far as those things exist.

    One probably for Jafo, Rugpulls.

It's about the misleading statements they made and the *intent* to defraud. Which you kind of show when you celebrate it like he did. When you launch an NFT like this it's all good until you start making statements that you know are untrue to draw people in and pump the price.

Places to live for Dutch entrepreneur

Yes, I've lived in NL. For NL the company selling strategy is from very recent advice from this year so it's still up-to-date. Compared to Puerto Rico, Malta, Andorra and The Netherlands property is quite cheap in Cyprus from what I've seen. Especially since the Russians left.

Where to start the next chapter of my life?

And it goes way further, if you have the money and connections to work with the government there, you can do anything you want basically. It's a surveillance state with poor checks and balances. Everything is for sale.

Where to start the next chapter of my life?

Dubai and privacy is an oxymoron.

Places to live for Dutch entrepreneur

If you are eventually able to sell your company you can pay almost zero taxes by some trickery, so that's always the best way in NL. It's a nice country but mismanaged as of late. I expect tax rates to only go up there, esp. for sub-150K type businesses but who knows, Europe is full of surprises...

    Blackcatcard - interest on balance

An EMI named after a ransomware strain is always hard to trust with your savings. Look into Papaya Ltd. and the recent AML complaint.

May we talk in private? I have access to some premiere legal funds but would love to hear a view from somebody outside my circle.

The merits of Gibraltar for crypto companies

If anyone has experience with Gibraltar for a crypto cat. 3 company I would be very interested. Also please share your experience in terms of lifestyle and livability. I am considering acquiring residency there instead of Andorra combined with a decent apartment, given that Gibraltar offers...
