Possible solution to use PayPal + Offshore company?
I don't believe there is anyone who is able to apply PayPal for their Seychelles corp. people will have to look into alternatives like WorldPay.com 2co.com, Skrill & Neteller or even e-currencies like BitPay or BitCoins.- averagejoe

Do Offshore Banks Provide Credit Cards?
I have been looking for something like that but no bank I have found so far is allowing me to get a credit card without deposit, most want 2 - 6 times the credit line in deposit because of the risk to lose the money!- averagejoe

You can simply appoint nominees in an Seychelles corp. As long as you are not an Canadian or US citizens it's not that complicated. Mauritius is pretty easy to open but I must say I don't like their internet banking as much as the one of the banks in Cyprus and Anguilla for instant the way you have to do wires are complicated. EU Citizenship for sale in Cyprus it seems.
I think with the capital requirement it is only rare that someone is going that route there are cheaper and better option to enter the EU border for instant in Malta and the UK, Germany has also some methods.- averagejoe
