Hello everyone, I am new to this site but need advise on the least cost path to forming an offshore company with bank account. I will need bank cards as well. Complete privacy but with control is needed. Thanks to you all for the assistance.

You need to be more specific as least cost is a relative term. You also need to mention what it is you are trying to achieve. Offshore companies gets missold like PPI's in UK and no one ends up unhappy and in a flame war with a provider when what you are given does not meet your aims.
