Hello everybody, I signed up here today and hope for many answers.
I am an EU citizen and I live in Spain. I will have to apply for the residence here within the next 3 months and will then be taxed here. Because I have school-age children, another country is currently no option.
Among other things, I run some dating websites. So far, this business goes trough my UK Ltd., which I have desolved in the meantime, since I founded an LLC in Delaware. Probably not the best solution. 🙁
Since I was a bit careless, and stupidly too honest, because of adult content, Transferwise blocked my account and I had to temporarily transfer a six-figure amount to my private bank account in Spain.
Now I know that I have to cover the business better.
My earnings are collected by a payment processor in Switzerland over the month, and then transferred to me after deducting the fees.
Last 4 months also was transferred on my Spanish private account.
I informed them, thats a temporarly solution and everything went well until this month. Then it was checked from a higher instance, and the last payment from my payment processor was blocked for a few days.
I had to do some paperwork before it was unlocked. In addition, I was told that I can no longer deposit this business income into this account.
I've been trying to get a business account for the company here in Spain, but no chance for UK Ltd., and certainly not for Delaware LLC.
Now I am sitting there with a US company but without a bank account, and I have to find a solution by August 5, so that the next transfer of the payment processor can be remitted without problems.
Since I take care of my mother at home, I currently have no way to travel to open a bank account or anything else.
Who knows an accurate solution for me? If necessary also a completely new establishment with bank account? Preferably, of course, as anonymous as possible. And if I can save or avoid taxes, then even better!
The start-up costs should not go in the immeasurable. Because I already have enough payed dearly. In addition, the founding of a Spanish real estate company costed me a small fortune here as well.
Sorry English is not my native language, and I hope everything was understandable.
I am open and thankful for any serious suggestion.
