Not all, they are still able to do Target 2 transfers. But it takes very long time to execute the payment once you order it.

At the moment I can only speculate on why there are such big delays. That's why I was asking for any updates if someone may know something else.

They have lost their last correspondent bank in January 2023. That's the main reason people are unable to withdraw their balances.

It's almost always the same with these banana republic banks, nothing than troubles. You can run your business with them, not at all.
