Didn't use legal name opening PP acct

I use a pen name when doing freelance work. The work I do is paid out through PP. As I was setting up a new PP I accidently used my pen name and it didn't realize this until i went to start using the funds.

What's my best bet in getting funds transferred from an acct I can't prove a legal name on?

You want to get some documents done by photoshop and provide them to PP. Can work fine in most situations.

Both of the above suggestions will work. I do the same but I run a pp on a false identity on purpose. Just get a set of utility bills and passport pictures showing the name and country. And for withdrawal, see what you can come up with but usually withdrawing it to a prepaid card that accepts mismatched names is one of the easier solutions. Gunter if you don't mind could you recommend someone who can provide sets of utility bills and passports pictures with any name? The guy I always used has switched to Crypto-only payments and it is too much trouble for me to send one-off Crypto payments. I need someone who just takes PayPal (or Payoneer)

Hey how do I photoshop it? Know of any service provider? Also, would it be better if I do it with passport or drivers license? No option of utility bill. I have a paypal business account with a fake name. Does the name need to match the name on my bank account that I have linked on my PP business account? I could transfer the funds to my other PP account with the legal name but only when the limitation has been removed, right now I can't send payments, neither f&f nor goods.

Can you let me know who they are if possible? Also, will the document be completely fake (with fake numbers) or will the real one be used to photoshop the name?

I use my Bank of Georgia visa debit card for this purpose. My PayPal account was created using Googled documents belonging to a Chinese national. I used a Georgian address since PayPal has no way to verify Georgian addresses.

Correct -- Georgian PayPal accounts are one of the few types of PayPal accounts which allow withdrawal to VISA Card Numbers, irrespective of which Name is on the Card or its underlying Bank/EMI account.

I think the key point here is that the PayPal account itself is Georgian. There are very few countries where PayPal allows withdrawal to random VISA Card Numbers to begin with. Most "big country" PayPal accounts do not have this function at all OR have restrictions on how it is used.

So, remember to open Georgian PayPal accounts while you open your BoG accounts 🙂 login to the account every single day while you're in Georgia, Send/receive random amounts of money to people so that there is history while in Georgia. After leaving Georgia, still login to it from time to time but do not make any transactions. Coming back to Georgia, send/receive us$2500 between friends so you hit the verification moment. Now just send them a utility bill you made by yourself or paid someone to Photoshop. Leaving Georgia the second time, I've found that now there is no more risk of the account being closed/frozen even when receiving/sending larger and larger sums while no longer standing in Georgia.

The card need to be issued in Georgia or will any VISA card work for a Georgia PayPal? I'm thinking of AdvCash VISA.
Is this experience for personal account and which citizenship you use in the docs you provide to PayPal? Georgia or EU citizenship with Georgia residence? Thank's!

Second tip... most streets in Georgia have terminals every 100 footsteps where you can use VISA/Mastercard to send PayPal payments to someone (yourself in this case). These are the terminals with a lot of casino ads on them. Exit the casino screen and just select "Finance" skip all of the payday loan sharks and navigate to PayPal/Skrill account funding.

yes they do, have several VISA cards for AdvCash accounts no problem at all.
