BVI setup for online business

Hi,
I want to incorporate my dropshipping business. I hold an Iranian passport while living in Serbia. My nationality is a huge problem for getting a payment processor, the fact that I'm not an EU resident is not helping either.
I've been looking through the threads in the forum and I decided the best solution for me is to stay completely off the books, so my nationality is not exposed.
The setup I have in mind looks like this:
nominee director + nominee shareholder incorporates a BVI company, gets an EMI account and a payment processor.
I'm not the UBO yet so they can get a payment processor without mentioning my name.
After they get everything up and running we sign a nominee contract.

Is there anything I'm missing here?
Can I find such service online?

You could buy a set of real darks, setup the company with nominees i.e. director and shareholder and in that way stay complete off the records.
