Does anyone have any recommendations for an EMI or Banks (no matter when) that is forex broker friendly?

Licensed in what jurisdiction? No one takes Vanuatu seriously and Belize is practically useless. Unless it's Cayman Islands or similar, it's effectively the same as unlicensed in the eyes of banks and EMIs.

For the crypto business, you can try MisterTango. It might also be worth exploring Bilderlings and Payment-Execution, though I'm not entirely sure their stance on crypto at the moment.

For Estonian licensed you can address Wirecard for example. If company is clear and understandable a lot of EMIs can accept you.
For other offshore better think about some daughter company in EU, it may be helpful
