EMI with visa debit card

Hi all,

I looking for EMI/Digital bank that would offer Visa Debit Card and some flexibility on the fee-free withdrawals. So far I have 3 MasterCards, which is a problem as I travel in countries that have strong preference either for cash or Visa cards. Some say that Revolut offers or offered Visa in the past, but this seems not longer the case. I'm EU national. I will be grateful for suggestions.

Yes they have Visa Debit.
