Hi,

Im looking for someone to help me get a bank account for existing (5+ years old) Seychelles IBC.

Ideally I want to pay someone to take this problem away from me, run the application and make this happen.

Can anyone recommend/help me?

thanks

The Company has a Bangladeshi national as director.
We have EPB open and working and some EMIS like Transferwise. But we are not secure in those as they are asking more and more questions, and we fear losing them.

It is not going to happen. After holding an account for many years in Cyprus they finally came back and told me that I had to provide endless many documents and a lot of information to them. This means game over for my account there.

So what you need to look into if you want to open your own account is the following:
real resident company in the same country as where you are going to open a bank account
all kind of documentation, typically invoices for each transaction that is going in and ou of the account
real office and management

You need some money that you can do as a minimum deposit on the account, typically 10K euro is required if you look around.

So your saying im not going to get a new bank account anywhere now? its not possible? thanks

It is going to be very very complicated. You could try to setup something in Georgia which may be your last chance. Otherwise if you don't mind to be burned, try one of the providers around here on the forum and see if theu really can setup an account for you. I doubt they can.

@Cabbage500 This is possible, but we would need to know wat your nature of business is to ensure this is possible?

Hi, We are a software development company that produces software for Forex Traders. We build Algo scripts and analytic apps to help traders produce a profit. We then host the software on our own servers, and provide a managed service. We then charge a commission to our customers for the profit they create from our services. Im aware that when we apply for bank accounts we shouldn't mention forex as thats toxic now days. But to be clear we make software, we are not a forex broker or anything like that, we don't take any deposits from customers. We just invoice them monthly.

At the moment I got a hint about the below banks accepting Seychelles and Belize but have not tried yet all of them Euro Pacfic Bank is out of question, have tried them, they suck.

  1. - Afrasia Bank in Mauritius
  2. - Euro Pacific Bank in Puerto Rico
  3. -Bendura Bank in Lichtenstein
Not sure if they require an introducer yet.

Alternative countries to look at may be Nevis and the UAE but not sure if that is valid any longer or possible at all.

OK thats great info thank you. Im conscious that if we apply and fail, then i have ruined that opportunity with the bank.

Does any one have a recommendation for someone that can assist in the application and make sure we say the right things? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

thanks

Afrasia will only accept introductions from an authorised and regulated introducer. They will not accept direct client or none approved introductions.

It's not about you say the right thing it is about to have an introducer that can help you to setup the account including to complete the application for you and put some X where to sign.

Finally they need to accept your business model which should be explained well to them in a business description.

There were a huge SCAM thread about Euro Pacific Bank for not long time ago and that's why I don't like them.

Check the below which originally was posted by user Martin Eversen:
Couldn't agree more. It's a bank that claims to be a 100% reserve bank and maintain a "100% Deposit Ratio" but does not produce a single iota of evidence to back this claim...I wonder why? ns2. Yet there continues to be gullible clients who use the bank thinking their money is safe in a opaque shell bank based in a bankrupt South American third world country 🙁. It is classic client madness or what I would call blind faith. I challenge the CEO, who appears to be an Americaan guy called Mark Anderson to prove the bank is solvent, profitable and not a ponzi scheme like what Allen Sanford ran for years via an Antigua offshore bank. In that case Allen Sanford (see below link) used the banks money to fund a lavish lifestyle of yachts etc coo-:!y. I am not sure why EPB clients are not demanding proof of 100% Deposit Ratio....well actually I do and its because 99% of them hold undeclared accounts and cannot open an account anywhere else for offshore entities so they are willing to risk loosing it all like Choice Bank clients 🙁.
