In a situation, need advise on company formation

So i am a uk citizen, but marrying us citizen and will get a greencard, i know this is bad idea financially.. But where is best to incorporate a low-tax legal business? I am looking at using transferwise as a bank.

Will transferwise work well with Cyprus, Gibraltar or BVI setups? What formation companies are best to work with? Feel free to pm me.

Why not keep your activities in the UK? Cyprus, Gibraltar and BVI are expensive to setup corps in!

I would look into Cyprus and even Georgia which can be formed using a Pizza Hut employee!

VAT is bad for an online ecommerce solution after a certain point of sales, would make it less competitive.

Who would you recommend to setup a Cyprus or Gibraltar company with?
