Best offshore company setup, for investments and stocks.

Hello, I would like to setup an offshore company from where I can buy/invest in stocks / ETF's. The main purpose of my offshore holdings will be a medium to long term wealth store. What do you guys suggest?

Go for a Foundation or Cyprus company, fit's perfectly for your needs I think.

Cyprus company if you have the money for setup will do good. No one will ask questions at any point.

How much are bookkeeping & other annual legal expenses for a Cyprus company? Let's say there's on average 10 trades /bookkeeping entries per month.

depends very mch on which agent you are looking at. I pay between 4 and 5000 per annum for accounting and tax filing in Cyprus.

Thank you. I am trying to figure out whether to trade stocks as a private person or as a company. So far the most inexpensive option is not to incorporate and stay below the "mandatory audited figures"-threshold. Companies have some advantages over private persons, so even with some extra costs, it is not clear cut.
