Why? While SKY News were exactly on the Seychelles in a mini boat, just a few weeks ago, you can't apparently illegally fish there anymore? Of course it's a stupid idea. One of the only reasons these countries have is the security of their commonwealth law system. And they were dealing narcos, might make sense to consider that.
