Estonia and Malta are good places for crypto exchanges

Be careful with Estonia : it looks easy and crypto compliant from the outside, but the country is now more closed that ever to foreign entrepreneurs, and opening a corporate bank account linked to your business will just be impossible unless you can proove strong multiple connexions with estonian businesses/shareholders/clietns. I have launched a fund paying the best law firm in the market, did everything by the book including for KYC/AML procedures, did ask for registration by FIU and FSA and obtained them, but then when last step was to open a corporate bank account : fucked.

Unless you come with few millions $$$ from start off course, in that case there is no more constrains anymore and you can directly go to Bank Frick... 🙂
