How would you rate a setup with darks and Georgia company?

...one-man business is far better than scam ones~ 🙄

I plan to run a online broker with my friend~only two men business, but I think we are far better than those scam brokers with much more employees...

I try to get Georgia license but I failed...it's my own fault, by the way

You need security for your company setup up and you won't get that with a one man company / agent on long term. I entered into the process to get a company steup in Georgia had 5 different agents suggested from this forum and made a blind pick. We will see how things are going, I'm most of all curious to know next year this time if I still have my company and if John is still Happy.

There is a solutuon for complete anonymity in Georgia without darks and nominees. And by anonymity I mean not being public. It's a JSC setup.
