How to Verify PayPal account for UK offshore company

Hello,

I'm from Tunisia and I want to start my online store, but paypal, stripe and 2checkout didn't support my country so after a long time of research I found solution to create and verify paypal using UK formation company but before to setup it I have some questions that need clarification :

How I can verify my PayPal account using non UK passport?
What about for proof of address for PayPal verification? how I can fix this problem ?

please advise me I need someone who have experience and opened paypal using uk offshore company.

Alternative you you may rent a office in the UK or ask your agent what it takes to get a utility bill for your company.

you can hire local UK person to stand as a director of your company, it will help you to pass through Paypal's KYC using his utility bill and passport

also, you will need local bank account to cash out (take a look at Payoneer, Transferwise and Revolut)
