Would i be able to open a bank account with a bank in Georgia for a Belize Limited company or Irish limited company.? This company receives payments in STG from UK companies and I would need ATM/debit card. I understand that Georgia is not part of the CRS.

That is possible? It is also possible to use Google and search this forum for the endless threads about Georgia bank account opening for offshore companies 😉

Georgia looks a little dodgy to be fair. Any recommendations for other countries. spent a long time going over previous threads, but am still confused.

Using a Belize company is even more dodgy.

Are you looking to avoid CRS or just want a bank account? What about applying to banks in Ireland for the Irish company. You've not mentioned whether you have tried this or not.

maybe but at least you have your privacy and don't risk your business. I agree totally with @kanakke & @Stanley10 that Georgia looks dodgy. I would never trust them my money not even small amounts.

It is not possible to open a bank account in Georgia for any company not incorporated in Georgia. Even if someone gives you a slightly different answer, it certainly will not be possible for a Belize company.

Offshore companies - not possible. Scotland, UK, Estonia companies - possible but not easy, needs lots of substance. Even for local companies it's becoming more difficult tbh

From what I know, Bank of Georgia allow to open an account, for investment purposes only, for offshore companies, but only if you deposit at least 400K$.
Did it change?

I hold a 7 figure private banking relationship with BOG as I used to live there. It makes zero sense to use an offshore company in Georgia. Georgia companies are tax free for undistributed profits and distributed profits are only 15% tax. As BOG parent company (BGEO Group) is headquartered in London and listed on London Stock Exchange I don't think they want the sort of offshore business activity that will affect their reputation.

Yes as clean as a 50 year old whore after a 18 hour shift.

Europeans turning up with African or Caribbean companies i.e companies from parts of the world they have no connection with or could even point out on a atlas is not normal...lol. Time is money and banks don't want to bother with such people in general.

Yeah, you are probably right.
Maybe the whore is 50, but it seems the shift has ended.

Someone can shed light on where to open a bank account without personal visit? I would prefer a agent name, reliable one 😉
