I have opened by Skype call. They didn't require a personal visit from me.

Fees are the same as on the website. All depends on the type of card which you request.

Yes, they opened business accounts. But as I know, at the moment it is very hard. A lot of restricted countries, hard compliance and you need personal visit as director for the opening.
