US LLC in Delaware or Florida!

Does anyone know the main advantages/disadvantages between incorporating in Delaware or Florida? Taxwise is the same?

For a foreign single member disregarded llc it would be the same tax wise.
I believe Florida is cheaper.
Florida is not a bad choice as there are many banks more open to foreigners there. Many of those requires local registration in Florida
