Hi, I have a constant need in corporate bank accounts for trading companies (import-export) and I am looking for suppliers who can deliver ready-made corporate accounts with transfer to my director or who have an edge with any bank in any jurisdiction or prefer to get paid based on success of opening. My directors can travel to you for opening. Currently we are working in Macau, HK, UAE, Czech Republic so I am open to more of those or any other jurisdiction (Taiwan, EU, China etc. anything that supports multi-currency SWIFT payments). Please PM me if you have anything to offer. EMI's don't really work for us,.

Why don't you open a Cyprus company and get a Cyprus bank account - should be well possible for your business.

Have you considered using EMI's ?

Thanks for the suggestion, Cyprus works, but not very well, within Europe CZ or DE works better, we have had Cyprus account in the past, compliance is too strict. EMI's are good with smaller transactions, with higher turnover I still prefer traditional banking solutions.

The compliance standards are stricter in Germany, but with our business profile they only bother us when there is a red flag, Cyprus pretty much were sending inquiries and holding payments all the on an account that had - issues from clients/suppliers/corresponding banks sides. Do you have a different experience?

You hit the nail on the head. It all comes down to what business profile you have and past history. I can say the exact same with the Cyprus bank, never had a single issue with them and was never asked for anything! So most of all of this comes down to what business profile you have and who is going to apply for the account, rgardless if it is Germany, Cyprus or any EU country.
