As much as I appreciate your overt advertisement, one reason is: YOU WILL NEVER GET IT.

Panama and a couple other South American countries will issue you residency but citizenship is a pipe dream, regardless what lawyers assure you of and charge you for.

I am not going to say you are wrong since no one like to hear that but if I were you I would do a complete research instead of depending on heresy. As far as I know it take 3 years to receive citizen statues and it not something that will be obtained in a day. First you become a resident and final a citizen. Just look it up! Cheers!

I agree with you that it is easy to fall for anecdotal reports of 10 odd victims and draw conclusion about a whole country...

... like my business associate and his wife who were one of the first friendly nations applicants in 2012. They have spend so far over USD20k and various legal payments to obtain citizenship and moved out recently after receiving another demand for USD10k gratuity.

But, it is another thing if you read Panama facebook expat group of 26000 members. Report after report that noone is getting naturalized.

In another South American country I have intimate knowledge of, there is a whole group of attorneys who became wealthy but have not gained a single citizenship for their clients with some cases pending over 10 years. Their business model is very simple, issue another invoice for "one last bribe" the moment client asks for status report of their citizenship case.

Greeting Daxbr, you may have a point but I doubt you are speaking about the country Panama, consider there are other countries in South America with their own rules and regulations. If you visit Boquete, which is next to the second largest city of Panama called David. You will see a thriving expat community made up of all sort of Nationality and many have become Panamanian Citizens. The largest expat are mostly Canadians and Americans. Then again there are also other expat communities in a variety of places in the South America country Panama. I cannot speak for the rest of South America, however, I am sorry for your friends. Cheers!

Why not try Panama, but first contact the POLS which is a licensed Panama law firm specializing in all Panama offshore legal services, including the formation of Panama Corporation and Panama foundations. Their Offshore corporations and foundation packages are the most complete in the industry. In addition, they offer Panama immigration services, Panama real estate transaction processing, escrow services, and maritime vessel registration. Just Google "POLS Panama Law Firm Specialist" and also do research on Panama, cause it may be exact what Void need.

Greeting Darkster, yes i admit the Panama papers have caused some damage but it was just a temporary thing, since it was not about Panama itself but about the law firm Mossack Fonseca. Futhermore, Panama have been removed from the blacklist by the European Union during January 2018. Panama is presently back in full swing and yes it is still looking great. Early this year a lot of countries found themselves on the blacklist by the European Union Commission, this created a loud uproar, which made the EU Commission shelved their so called blacklisted book. There are doubts in some quarters that the listing of countries in black may not resurface again.
