I like the added protection by not being an owner. Not CFC laws yet where I live now but they might come or I might move. By not being an owner I am still one step ahead.
An offshore location that is difficult to sue is another added advantage but I think that comes almost for free anyway since zero tax jurisdictions that provide cheap incorporation services are usually as well impractical to sue at the same time.
