one use virtual card

Hi it's my second topic here.

I would like to do legal bussiness but want to avoid taxes and looking for the place where to start a company.
(buying and selling not psyhical things online) - ecommerce

The most important for me is to have EMI or sth which offer me a ONE USE VIRTUAL CARD.

I was thinking about UAE and epayservices (they offer one use virtual cards)
Can someon tried epayservices and can say it works ? or any othter ideas?
This is most important for me so country of offshore is less important. (of course must be without taxes 🙂)

You want something like EntroPay was?

Yes something like entropay or something where I can get many cards or jus one with changable nimber after every payment
