suitable solution for-IPTV

I want to find a suitable solution for IPTV
My job is IPTV and I need to register a company
And then I'll get a bank account that can be a paid payment for my site
What is your suggestion?

Depends on which merchant accounts you need to receive customer payments?

Which banking needs do you have? Do you need only SEPA or SWIFT too.? Do you need a debit card linked to the company bank account?

I want to put credit cards Getway on my website (stripe or other getways)
and if I can create a business Paypal,
but i don't put it in the site,i wanna create a business account(PP) without limitations

If you need credit card merchant and business PayPal you should setup a Cyprus companies with darks to stay anonymous and bank account there.
If you need only credit card gateway there will be bit more options out there.
However if you need both PayPal and Credit Card your only valid option is to setup company in Cyprus to get money from PayPal and credit card merchant in same bank account.

1.I just want to use a credit card-Master or Visa Card (for example, a stroke)
First I want to know if Strip or other gatways accept Cyprus companies?
And that I can connect my account to the PayPal (I don't want a gatway)
And where do i find the place to register a company and then open an account in Cyprus?

2.and if i don't want paypal account , what is your suggest?

1. 2Ckeckout accept Cyprus company with Cyprus bank account, yes you can connect your business PayPal with Cyprus bank account. PM me if you need help to do so.

2. You can setup Seychelles or Belize company with darks and setup EMI account with them in Transferwise or Epayments and then open Stripe acc with another darks and link the DE IBAN of Transferwise or GB IBAN of Epayments to stripe account. No problems at all.

Have you applied for a merchant account before? What country do you prefer to incorporate your business in? how much volume have you on a monthly basis? what are the requirements for the payment gateway?

There are tons of questions you should have been asked before you get to a soltuion or to be suggested a solution!

Not so far, I have not taken action for a business account

2.What country do you prefer to incorporate your business in?
A country that hasn't trouble opening the bussiness account at : Paypal , Stripe , Skrill , Western Union

3.how much volume have you on a monthly basis?
about $5-10K

4.what are the requirements for the payment gateway?
There are no specific requirements, but the priority of my payment portals is as follows: 1.Credit Cards Gatway (like Stripe) 2.Paypal 3.Skrill 4.Western Union

2.can you compare "Seychelles or Belize company with darks and setup EMI" and "Cyprus company with real information" ? paypal accept dark?

1. Only setup I know where both accept Cyprus company. The important thing to get 2Checkout and business PayPal working is to have a real Cyprus bank account. This is still possible.
2. It's about the monthly volume you want to proceed. The Cyprus solution is more bullet proofed I know many customer using this for there websites like e-commerce business. They need good merchant connection.
If you don't proceed more as 20k/month I recommend Seychelles company with Stripe and Transferwise EMI for you. But there will be no possibility to get business PayPal. If you proceed more as 20k/month I highly recommend the Cyprus setup because then Stripe and EMI's start to asking you questions.

So you suggested "Cyprus company" , is it correct?
and i am worring about paypal with Dark company's documents

PayPal is not really the problem. They have the lowest KYC at all. Maybe someone around this forum will proof my informations.

So if you have volume of 20,000EURO month you should choose Cyprus company setup as mentioned above.

a) Is it your plan to pay tax from your income?
b) Do you want to setup your business somewhere offshore?
c) What level of privacy are you looking for?
d) Have you tried to setup something for your business already i.e. bank account, company etc?

My priority is not to tax and the company is not in my real name, (but if I have to, I have no choice), but my priority is not to pay taxes.

b) Do you want to setup your business somewhere offshore?
location is not very importantÙˆIt is important for me, security, and that I will not be in trouble in the future
for example, because there is an offshore company, the one who registers for me, doesn't betrays me and leaves the company out of my reach.

c) What level of privacy are you looking for?
My priority is in the dark, and the real information of me is not the company, but if I have to have no choice
