Creating Business Structure for Forex Trading business

Dear all

i have been in forex business since 2015, my company, banks/financial institutions and everything was set up by my lawyers in Israel,

Right now im not so happy with them!

So im planing to create new Platform , company structure, banks, ubo , and everything from the beginning



Which is the best place to incorporate company for forex unregulated ?
What are the best methods to open the bank accounts or which financial institution?
And which are the best reputable companies here that can stay behind me and do this services for me


What we used with the old platform and company was TransactNow,Upay,SpectrumPay etc...

TN very high fees,
Upay danish bank closed..

PS: Also is anybody there who can recommend me a good affiliate that is generating leads for forex/online investment for German market

For unregulated I would go with a Belize or even Seychelles company, setup a cover business i.e. website and business profile and apply for an account for instant in Cyprus or with some of the major EMI providers.

you need to take a look at UK companies
UK authorities do not really care about licenses for LLPs, formed by nonresidents
most of UK's licenses are designed for business with UK customers

but, anyway, almost all EMIs accept UK companies, so you will have a lot of options for account opening

Can you suggest me any good law firm company that i can give my trust to them for doing this kind of business !?

I have to laugh, you want to setup something unregulated and at the same time you want to use someone regulated to setup your business!

Anyway, make sure you have a good cover business when you contact such lawyer and don't tell him what you really want to do.

For Seychelles and Belize you don't use a lawyer, you setup the company with some of the agent's you easely find on Google, costs between EUR 700 - 1200 that's it and you are good to go.

You don't want to use a lawyer for this kind of setups! You really don't!

If you are a multi million operation you want but else find some cheap providers around or use one from this forum.

What im asking is someone who can do all these things for me, hiding things for me, opening companies , bank accounts etc... in one word someone to lead me.. one law company, person here with good reputation or whatever someone who is pretty good at these things!

Im pretty busy to take care of all those things because all lead generation process , call centers, sales team, i run all operation... that's why i need somebody to hire !

Im already using lawyers for this kind of project and operating with forex unregulated since two years so it is possible to do!

What they did is covering my ubo ,
Finding and Creating banks psp and Companies for us

You simply by real darks for this purpose for instant from @negon and setup the rest your self. If you find something which require you to make a Video call, use your own picture on another set of the real darks and you will pass it easely.

It's really not difficult.
