"With a Scottish limited partnership, only respective partners are assessed for taxation, with the partnership itself paying nothing. "
Does it means if me and my wife are partners of the LP , we are subjected to tax ? And my country's tax rate or Scotland's tax ?
In that case, can I use my Belize IBC as a partner so it can avoid tax ?
Anyone have experience on this ?
Tks a lot

Have you asked the agent that can help you to incorporate your business in Scotland?

I email some agent but haven't got any replies, some even requires consultation fees just to reply my email so..

May I also jump in?

My Scottish LP did not have any business activities or had any income in the UK. The partners are natural persons who have never been to the UK. I understand that I do not have to pay any taxes BUT do I have to fill any tax return?

Many thanks in advance
