Bank account opening is not easy and people looking for a solution for 200 or 300 EUR are just not reasonable, there is a lot of work in order to open one bank account these days.
I contacted them. They quoted me 4500EUR . The rates on their website are starting rates.
For what service do they charge this high fee?

Who are "they"? I posted links to 3 companies. I doubt all of them quoted you 10x the published rate. Are you sure you are asking about a ABC bank intro? The rates are for ABC bank intro only, not incorporation+bank intro.
