Delaware Corp + Darks + Emis

I need a review, someone tried the set up Delaware Corp + Darks + Emis?
What's the Pros & Cons of this set up?

You can easely setup a Delaware company with Darks, for sure no problem. The problem is to find an EMI that will accept a US company with foreign UBO!

Other than that it's possible.

I have a Delaware company with darks and Transferwise account. It works for 8 months.

Your dark passport is under which jurisdiction? and did you provide a proof of address in US?

I have several sets. Got France, UK, Serbia and Norway. No proof of address in the USA! Why would I need that? if so it would be easy to get.
