Dropshipping Structure

I am a EU citizen. Recommend me where to incorporate or a structure for dropshipping products from China (aliexpress). I will be selling worldwide. Paypal and 2checkout required. Also bank account is not required because i will open emi accounts (tranferwise, payoneer etc.)

Anyway, if you rae doing business with China most incorporate in the Seychelles because of agreements these two jurisdiction have with each other. Alternative you can setup a company directly in HK through the hundred of service providers around. They may even be able to help you with advise and connections locally.

That said, what are your goals here? why don't you setup a local company? we will need more info to be clear about what it is you try to do.

You can setup a Seychelles company with an MT account, that may work very well for you. It's not optimal but so ar the "easy way" to setup some banking.
