Opening a company anonymously

Hi,
I'm going to run a website where I'll have to run a clearing system. Some companies decided that the site is HIGH RISK and some did not.
The point is, I want to keep my anonymity - when someone gets a payment receipt, I do not want them to know that I'm the one behind this site.
I am going to report my income to the tax authority in my country anyway.
I thought of opening a company in Belize, but it creates an obstacle in opening a bank account and especially causes any clearing system to refuse to work with me.
Does anyone have any other idea?
In my citizen country, you can know who owns a company in an easy search online.

You want to signup for Mentor Group access and see what is possible there.

Belize, Seychelles, St. Kitts and so forth are not an good option for payment processing you need to find something in the EU or outside of the EU where it is possible to get an merchant account for instant in the USA or Hong Kong.

You can get this setup with a company in the UK or Cyprus for any of such purpose. You want to do a Mentor Group upgrade in order to get detailed information about how to setup something that may work well for you.

Many states in the US let's you incorporate anonymously llc and corporations .
In Colorado you can do it yourself online. The person filling the online form has to sign, but you could get anybody to fill the form for you, it doesnt have to be an owner or officer.

It's doable if you can fly to the US. I did that myself.

Agree that doing anything in the US would be very difficult as banks do not like the US, but US Companies can be very confidential. I would suggest incorporating a Hong Kong Company which is acceptable to a lot of banks, appoint Nominees and your details will remain private.

I agree with @James Turner if you want something like this you can either go the route he mentioned with a HK corp. or you will need to base your setup on darks.

contact some of the "dark" guys here on the forum, they can help you with anonymous processing of payments and company setups. I have been in the same boat for a long time and doing fine with these setups 😉
