Offshore Bank that works with PayPal (2018)

Hi!

I'm a European citizen but living in Asia. I work mainly online and get paid on PayPal. However, I can't withdraw to my local bank because I'm a foreigner in the country I live in.

I need a bank where I can withdraw my money from PayPal. I should be able to use it to confirm my BUSINESS PayPal account and be able to withdraw to it.

I read some threads, but most are several years old, and the situation likely has changed.

What is the current best way to do it? I am willing to open an offshore company if needed as well.

where exactly do you reside in Asia?
you may try to open HK company + HK bank account
but HK bank account might be difficult to open nowadays

I have a HK company, impossible to open a HK bank account... super difficult since 2 years ago. Even the agent I went through said they couldn't.

you may try to verify your HK Paypal using Neat Business account

the problem with payoneer is that you need to find someone that approve your account otherwise you can't use this service! It sucks big times to get an account there as far as I have experienced.

Correct me if I am wrong but with Payoneer you can only receive bank transfers on the account. Outgoing transfers can be made only between Payoneer clients.
