Cyprus company and double tax treaty how?

I was wondering what I have to do to make use of double tax treaty that my country has with Cyprus?

Is this something my tax advisor shall be involved in to speak with the guys in Cyprus or how does this works?

You want to ask your tax advisor for help to make use of them. Actually the company has to be registered in Cyprus with a Cyprus address and you need to make sure business is conducted from there in order to make use of the double tax treaty! Only a tax advisor can help you to sort this out with your tax office!
